Processing Times

As all products are personalised and made to order, please allow 1-2 business days for your order (for non bulk orders) to be created and prepared for dispatch.

During busy periods, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are typically:

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

New Zealand

  • Standard International Shipping: 6–12 business days

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and postal carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable) so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Little Snapshot Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before your order is dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are unfortunately outside of our control.

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll happily help you lodge an enquiry with the shipping provider.
