What are our magnets made from?
Our magnets are handcrafted using a professionally printed photo, protected beneath a clear mylar cover for durability and a beautiful finish. Each photo is mounted onto a sturdy acrylic backing and finished with a strong magnetic backing designed to securely hold to fridges, lockers, magnetic boards, and other magnetic surfaces.

What size are the magnets?
Our standard square magnets are 5cm x 5cm.
How do I customise my photo magnet?
Simply upload your photo directly on the product page before adding your order to cart. Our upload tool allows you to position and crop your image as needed.
For the best print results, we recommend using bright, clear, high-resolution images.
Tip: Images with a resolution of at least 300 DPI will provide the clearest and sharpest print quality.
Can I use logos or text on my magnets?
Yes ♡
We can print logos, business branding, Save The Dates, announcements, invitations, and custom text designs in addition to personal photos.
Will my photos be cropped?
Some slight cropping or positioning adjustments may occur to fit the magnet dimensions, but we always do our best to preserve the most important parts of your image.
What photo quality works best?
Clear, high-resolution images will always provide the best results. Screenshots, blurry images, or heavily zoomed photos may affect print quality.
How long will my order take?
As every order is custom-made, please allow 1–2 business days for production before dispatch.
Estimated shipping times:
- Australia: 2–8 business days
- New Zealand: 6–12 business days
Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary during busy periods.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes — express shipping options are available at checkout for Australian orders.
Do you offer rush orders?
We may be able to accommodate urgent orders depending on availability. If you need your magnets by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to help ♡
Additional fees may apply for rush orders.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
As orders begin processing quickly, changes or cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing your order.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.
However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll happily work with you to resolve the issue.
How do I care for my magnets?
To keep your magnets looking their best:
- Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth
- Avoid extreme heat or excessive moisture
- Use on clean, smooth magnetic surfaces for best adhesion

We are proudly based in Canberra, Australia, and all orders are made with care locally.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand.
