What are our magnets made from?

Our magnets are handcrafted using a professionally printed photo, protected beneath a clear mylar cover for durability and a beautiful finish. Each photo is mounted onto a sturdy acrylic backing and finished with a strong magnetic backing designed to securely hold to fridges, lockers, magnetic boards, and other magnetic surfaces.

Made to order with quality materials, our magnets are designed to turn your favourite memories into keepsakes you can enjoy every day. ♡

What size are the magnets?

Our standard square magnets are 5cm x 5cm.

How do I upload and crop my photos?

Uploading your photos is easy! Follow the steps below to make sure your magnets turn out just the way you want them.

    1. Choose your quantity
    Select the number of photo magnets you would like to order. The number of photos you need to upload will automatically update to match your selection.

    2. Tap “Choose Photos”
    Under     Upload Your Photos, tap the Choose Photos button. On a phone or tablet, select Photo Library to choose photos already saved on your device.

    3. Select your photos
    Choose the photo or photos you would like made into magnets. Once you have selected the required number of photos, confirm your selection to continue.

    4. Crop & adjust each photo
    Your photo will open in the cropping screen.     Zoom in or out and reposition your photo until you are happy with how it looks. Please leave at least 2 mm of extra space around all important faces and details, as approximately 2 mm around the edge of your photo is used as a bleed area and wraps around the edge of the magnet. Avoid placing faces or important details too close to the edge, as they may be partially wrapped around the magnet.

    5. Tap “Upload”
    Once you are happy with the crop and positioning, tap the yellow     Upload button in the top-right corner. Your photo will then begin uploading.

    6. Wait for the upload to turn green
    Your upload progress will appear on the product page.     When your photo has successfully uploaded, the upload box will turn green. If you are uploading multiple photos, wait until all photos are showing green before continuing.

    7. Check your photos & add to cart
    Have one final look to make sure you are happy with your uploaded photos and cropping. Once all photos have uploaded and are showing green, tap     Add to cart. Your magnets will be made using the crop you selected, including the 2 mm bleed area that wraps around the edge of the magnet, so please check each photo carefully before completing your order.

    How do I customise my photo magnet?

    Simply upload your photo directly on the product page before adding your order to cart. Our upload tool allows you to position and crop your image as needed.

    For the best print results, we recommend using bright, clear, high-resolution images.

    Tip: Images with a resolution of at least 300 DPI will provide the clearest and sharpest print quality.

    Can I use logos or text on my magnets?

    Yes ♡

    We can print logos, business branding, Save The Dates, announcements, invitations, and custom text designs in addition to personal photos.

    Will my photos be cropped?

    Some slight cropping or positioning adjustments may occur to fit the magnet dimensions, but we always do our best to preserve the most important parts of your image.

    What photo quality works best?

    Clear, high-resolution images will always provide the best results. Screenshots, blurry images, or heavily zoomed photos may affect print quality.

    How long will my order take?

    As every order is custom-made, please allow 1–2 business days for production before dispatch.

    Estimated shipping times:

    • Australia: 2–8 business days
    • New Zealand: 6–12 business days

    Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary during busy periods.

    Do you offer express shipping?

    Yes — express shipping options are available at checkout for Australian orders.

    Do you offer rush orders?

    We may be able to accommodate urgent orders depending on availability. If you need your magnets by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to help ♡

    Additional fees may apply for rush orders.

    Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

    As orders begin processing quickly, changes or cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing your order.

    Do you offer refunds or returns?

    Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.

    However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll happily work with you to resolve the issue.

    How do I care for my magnets?

    To keep your magnets looking their best:

    • Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth
    • Avoid extreme heat or excessive moisture
    • Use on clean, smooth magnetic surfaces for best adhesion

    We are proudly based in Canberra, Australia, and all orders are made with care locally.

    Do you ship internationally?

    We currently ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand.
