At Little Snapshot Co, every order is custom-made with care using your personal photos and memories. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.
This includes:
- Incorrect photo uploads
- Low-resolution or blurry images provided by the customer
- Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
- Minor variations in colour, placement, or cropping that may occur during printing
Please ensure all photos and order details are correct before placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Orders
In the rare circumstance that your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please take clear photos of the product and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, happily arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Photo Quality & Printing
We print your photos exactly as they are uploaded, so we recommend using clear, high-quality images for the best results.
Please note:
- Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products
- Slight cropping adjustments may occur to fit product dimensions
Order Changes & Cancellations
As orders begin processing quickly, changes or cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, production may already have started and changes may no longer be possible.
